Alterations may be needed on customs, so please try to order in a timely manner.
Ready made pieces: Processing time is 2-3 business days. Shipping is 3-5 business days Express options are available.
Custom pieces: 2 week turnaround, rush options are available (text 7736194746 for availability). If shipping is required, it takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available.
Pickups (last shipping option) are available to avoid shipping fees and time.

We ask that you order the correct size when ordering. If you are not sure about size, use a measuring tape with inches to measure your bust, waist, and hips and refer to our standard measuring chart.
All custom orders are made to order based upon measurements provided.
Tracking info will be emailed for you to track yourself once item has shipped.

We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance. We offer pickups to our customers who live or are in the Chicago area and would like to pick up their items instead. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Ti'La Brand LLC. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Ti'La Brand LLC. Furthermore, Ti'La Brand LLC. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
Deposits towards consultations are non-refundable and non-transferable (between people, services, or time slots). Consultations can be rescheduled once, free of charge (a day or less, requires a $40 reschedule fee). After 1 complimentary reschedule, clients must pay for any other rescheduling. Informal Consultation Fees go towards order payments, Formal and Prom Consultation Fees do not.
Informal Consultations usually last about 15-30 minutes, Formal and Prom Consultations usually last 45-60 minutes. Fittings usually last about 15-60 minutes.
There is a 15-minute grace period for running late, after 15 minutes there is a $25 late fee for up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, appointment is canceled and must be rescheduled.
There is a $25 reschedule fee for fittings changed less than 24 hours before scheduled fitting. Feel free to contact designer to change fitting appointment.
